Enable Post-Process effects.
I'm not sure if I'm being a noob or just tired, but there seems to be a problem for me.
I noticed that when I drank alcohol, the drunk affect didn't work (drank up to level 5), so naturally I went to Graphics and noticed that not only was "Enable Post-Process effects" unchecked, but it was somehow disabled (greyed out, uncheckable). Here is what I mean... Any idea why this would happen? Maybe I'm just tired and not thinking about the solution... |

Note you are using DirectX 8 rendering. You can enable that when DirectX 9 rendering.

...ok... and you can do so by updating directX. It might also be that your video card isnt quite good enough to run guildwars. I remember having that problem before i upgraded

Ah, guess I am just tired
I can run GW fine, was just confused as to why it was like this. This is a new comp and I was unaware (just being stupid, rather) that it was using direcX8, unlike my old one. Thanks. |
